My story is a bit out of the norm but worth telling, a little long but worth the read. It started with my car breaking down, as I struggled to will my car into a parking lot, a stranger ( Seth the service manager) stopped to check on me… after giving him the thumbs up he left but only a moment because he returned to introduce himself and his profession. Asking for nothing in return, he offered to take a look at my car, got under the hood in hopes of getting me back on the road. He wasn’t able to fix in but offered advise and suggestions.. his kindness and willingness to help was a breath of fresh air on a world where that is a rarity. Later that day, I showed up to his place of business, asking for additional help as I searched for the car parts I needed, again he went out of his way to research the parts I needed and provided me the links to Amazon to make it easy. As I waited for Seth, I began to look at their inventory and noticed a vehicle my wife would love… what Seth didn’t know is that we were in the market for a car. What made the experience special, is that nobody in that office looked to capitalize on my bad luck, all they cared about was going the extra mile to provide legendary service to a stranger who needed help. The sale took place before I asked to see the car, it was their level of service, care and concern that closed me. The rest was easy, my wife came to test drive the car, the staff worked hard and fast to get me the deal I wanted, they were willing to stay late to get it all done and my wife left in her new car. Purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz E550 here. Flew in from Charlotte. "Elvis" my salesman was awesome...provided detailed description complete with a video. Tom, the sales manager, negotiated a fair deal with no pressure. The car was PERFECT and even better than the pictures! TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, FAIR & a no pressure transaction. I would purchase here again in a minute!!

All terrible. The first call, the salesman asked me what I wanted because he was busy all day and all day tomorrow. I called back and got a woman in sales. She did a walk around because I was far and didn't want to have a wasted trip there. She said she only saw 1 tiny scratch hardly visible after going over the entire car inches away from it and inspecting it for me. So I went there. As I was walking up to the car from 12 feet away I saw 2 larger dents (not door dings but actual larger dents) in the driver's door. I asked her why she didn't tell me about them and she said that she didn't see them. I wanted to see trade-in for my mint condition R-Design Platinum Low Mileage Volvo that didn't have a single flaw. Here's where it got worse for me. Long wait until they brought me their offer. I thought it was very low and I left their lot. After I left I saw a 4 inch chunk broken off the glove box trim. I called the manager who drove it. He interrupted me two times and thenhung up on me. The owner lied about replacing it and then never would respond again.

Awesome business to deal with. Went above and beyond to make my experience as easy possible especially since I couldn’t make the trip up there myself. Every step in this process was as easy as could be even for a non tech guy like myself. If you’re looking for a vehicle definitely give these men and women a chance to earn your business.
